How long does the doitshope take to prepare and ship my order?

 

Most products have a preparation time of 24/48 hours. It is also possible that your order will be shipped on the same day if it only includes products with immediate delivery and has been paid before noon.
Delivery time depends on the selected transport company and the country of destination. Please note that the reported hours are indicative and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

 

In which countries can I send my orders?

 

The doitshope is automated and sends to almost all countries of the world by courier. However, shipments to destinations outside the EU may have some restrictions or special procedures for managing customs procedures. If you are ordering outside the EU, you must attach your invoice to the control panel menu commands.
 

 

Can you ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

 

The doitshope carries out missions to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Note that the order must go through customs. Unless you are registered as a Spanish exporter, you can not make fuel shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla
 

What is the purchase cost and delivery time?

Shipping costs include:

 

Suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, internal protection, etc.)
Transport, Insurance, Customs clearance in the country of origin.
 

 

What is included in the shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

 

In case of deliveries outside the European Union or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs duties of destination or other taxes (duties) are not included. If they are applicable, the consignee will be responsible for their payment, as well as all import costs and taxes incurred at the customs offices of destination, whether the goods have actually been delivered or the consignee does not accept them. We will make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but you should take into account the regulations of the country of destination for the import of the ordered items as the doitshope will not be held responsible for them or the effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. The doitshope should not be held responsible for customs clearance delays or if local authorities decide to seize any item included in the consignment.
 

 

What if you notice that you need to make a change after placing an order?

 

In case there is a need to change specific details regarding the shipping address, they can be changed, if the order has not been placed yet. For this purpose, it is necessary to make an application. Our staff will try to answer you as soon as possible. For the rest of the cases, the solution will be to cancel the order and make a new one. After a few days, the doitshope will pay you for the canceled order.

 

 

 

How do I cancel an order?

 

If for any reason you want to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you can cancel it from the Orders menu in Control Panel.
However, we would like to inform you that due to the great automation in order management, the time available for canceling an order may be short. The cancellation process is automatic, so if the system no longer allows you to cancel the order, your order will not be canceled.
Please check orders, delivery addresses, quantities, products, quantities and features before finalizing.
 

 

 

 

What should you do when you receive an order?

 

All our items come out of the warehouse with the packaging in excellent condition.
The first thing you need to do is check that the number of packages received matches those sent. Second, inspect each package carefully for signs such as bumps, holes, poor condition, courier seals, or any signs that may indicate that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to sign the carrier's delivery note, either on paper or digitally (PDA) "VISUALLY ABUSED PACKAGE" if these signs are present. If you do not sign the package as VISUALLY ABUSED and then present images that show visible damage to it, it will automatically be rejected.
